1. Introduction
Welcome to Higgys Air Conditioning. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any contract or agreement.

2. Services Provided
Higgys Air Conditioning specialises in the supply, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include expert installation of leading brands like Mitsubishi, Daikin, and others, designed to provide year-round comfort and energy efficiency. All services are subject to availability and client requirements.

3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotations are valid for the duration agreed upon at the time of issue.
Prices are subject to change if alterations to the original specification are made after the quote has been accepted.
A deposit may be required before work commences, as outlined in the agreed contract.

4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK regulations.

5. Installation and Work Schedule
All estimated completion dates are given in good faith but may be subject to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
Clients must provide reasonable access to the property to allow work to proceed without interruption.
Any changes to the agreed project scope must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities
The client must ensure that all necessary permissions, including planning permissions (if required), are obtained before work begins.
Clients must ensure that the area where installation will take place is clear and accessible.

7. Warranties and Guarantees
All workmanship is covered by a warranty as agreed upon during discussions (subject to materials used and project type).
Manufacturer warranties apply to air conditioning systems and parts where applicable.
Normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, or extreme weather conditions are not covered under warranty.

8. Liability
Higgys Air Conditioning is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, third-party involvement, or supply chain issues.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues with electrical systems or structural elements unless specifically assessed and included in the contract.

9. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their project within 7 days of agreeing to the contract, unless work has already commenced.
Refunds on deposits will only be issued if cancellation occurs before materials have been ordered or work has started.
Higgys Air Conditioning reserves the right to cancel or decline a project if unforeseen circumstances arise.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints should be made in writing within 14 days of project completion.
We will work to resolve any disputes in a fair and professional manner. If necessary, legal mediation may be pursued.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with UK Data Protection Laws.
Client details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
